Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate completion of documentation process such as Booking, Verify Copy and Mani-fest Submission, etc per SOP defined and guidelines established.
· Able to resolve requests via email in a manner that delights customers within timeline.
· Assist customers with theirs issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally to ensure prompt exception handling.
· Find opportunity of process improvement and provide corresponded solution within scope.
· Share good practice with teammate to improve together.
· Deliver customer experience as outline.
· Participant in team engagement activities.
Functional Knowledge:
· 1-2 years of working experience in customer service filed.
· Basic knowledge about MS office products.
· English required in reading and writing.
